We will need volunteers!
*Set up two hours before event starts, tear down usually takes about an hour.
*This is a POT LUCK! Please plan to bring your favorite side dish, dessert or beverage.
*We want this to be a FAMILY FRIENDLY/ECO FRIENDLY event so, we need someone to organize games for kids and recycling.
*We would like to have some DOOR PRIZES! If you have something to contribute or are a good solicitor please let us know.
Ed “The Event Man” Blundell will be making arrangements for live music! If you are a musician and want to perform contact him at blundell@frontiernet.net.
